How to Eliminate Your Opposition and Steal Their Votes the Ron Wilson Way
You are CIC of the SCV. A small but vocal minority challenges you. How do you eliminate this opposition and steal their votes? Try the Ron Wilson strategy - it worked so well this time.
1. Suspend the individuals and even entire camps under your right as CIC using broad charges of "conduct detrimental to the Confederation" but be sure that you don't give them any proof or specific charges whereby they can make an appeal. They now have no voice or vote at any level in the SCV organization. To remind them of this have your thugs at divisional meetings to harass them and even offer physical violence. Remember, you are in charge and are providing the leadership example here!
2. Violate the Constitution of your organization under Art. 14, sec. 7 which charges you as CIC to work with the suspended members or camps to remove the causes for the suspension. If the suspended members or camps want back in make them beg! Even if the suspended camps lose 2/3 or more of their membership before being reinstated by you, you will have eliminated your opposition and at least have the true believers in your corner. Don't forget it's your leadership example that they are following!
3. Do not respond to any inquiries from the suspended camps or members. Be sure to set a good example of leadership!
4. When the annual convention/reunion comes about have your supporters introduce numerous agenda items and move the issue of suspended members to the bottom of the agenda so the issue doesn't come up for vote. OOOPS! The time for their appeal is over and they are now out of the organization. Your leadership is almost secure!
This year you disenfranchised 300+ members of the NC Division. No problem! Your quota has been increased. Since there is still about 40% of the 30,000+ members opposing you,
